About Us

Welcome to www.NATCARELOADED.com. NATCA Reloaded is a program designed to assist and encourage NATCA’s newest members as they make the transition from the FAA Academy, to their first facility and through the completion of their training to become a Certified Professional Controller (CPC). In addition to helping make your transition as easy as possible, NATCA Reloaded is also working to create and foster the development of NATCA’s next generation of activists.

As a new hire at the FAA Academy, NATCA Reloaded can help you in a variety of different ways. One of the best resources we can provide to you is a NATCA contact person at your designated facility. Prior to your arrival at your facility, this point of contact (either your Facility Representative or Reloaded Representative) will make sure to answer any and all questions you may have about the transition and training process, as well as provide you with a comprehensive Welcome Packet. Included in this facility specific Welcome Packet are the answers to some of your most important questions regarding day-to-day life both in and out of your facility.

The most important thing for you to remember is that NATCA is here to help you! With more than 20,000 members, NATCA is one of the strongest and most influential labor unions in the federal sector. NATCA is also one of the most highly respected and prominent organizations in the aviation community. We represent not only air traffic controllers but other safety-related professionals, including engineers, traffic management coordinators and staff specialists.

Within the NATCA family you will discover some truly amazing people who will be there every step of the way as your progress through your career. From your fellow controllers, to your regional elected officials, and all the way up to the NATCA National Leadership, “We Are All Here For You!”

Take a look around the site and remember to keep checking back because we are always adding new content that will be of help to you. If you have any questions about this site please contact NATCA Communications Specialist Jacqueline Smith at JSmith@natcadc.org.
